New Spam Policy as at 31st October
Our SPAM Policy is simple but extremely firm: Cagora.com, Community Enabler Pty. Ltd. and their related bodies maintain strict zero-tolerance to SPAM.
The following SPAM-related situations are totally unacceptable according to this Policy.
If you are found to be taking part in any of these situations, your account (membership) and all credits and commissions payable to you will be immediately disabled. A review between yourself and Cagora staff will then take place, after which time your account may be reinstated or permanently deleted, depending on the outcome of the review:
Please note you may include a signature file to your posts in other communities, provided:
We reserve the right to add any other forms of spam to our 'unacceptable' use list.
SPAM Complaint Review Process
We consider that only one Spam complaint from any source is grounds to disable the offending member's account (membership) and freeze all credits and commissions due.
Upon receipt of a spam complaint, the offending member will be notified in writing of the action taken, and will have a chance to offer explanations as to how and why the complaint was generated.
Upon review and explanation from that member, Cagora maintains the right to entirely delete that member account and freeze and seize any and all credits and commissions due. However as this is drastic action, such action will generally not be taken upon the first spam complaint unless the spam complaint and related activity is blatant and/or purposeful. If the offending account is not deleted after the review by Cagora staff, the account will be reinstated and credits and commissions due reinstated in full.
Subsequent Spam complaints will result in the same actions by Cagora staff but with the result to be account deletion and forfeiture of credits and commissions with no further review.
If you violate this SPAM Policy and it causes damage or loss to our servers, or causes one (or more) of our web sites to be interrupted from normal service, you will be held liable for all costs, damages and loss of business. |
